Ingredients:
- 4 salmon filets
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Juice of half a lemon
- Some dill
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- A splash of water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, dill, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper until well combined.
- In a baking dish, add a splash of water, and scatter the chopped celery and onion evenly.
- Place the salmon filets on top of the celery and onion. Spread the creamy honey-mayo mixture evenly over the top of each filet.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
- Drizzle any leftover sauce over the salmon before serving.
